2 CUPS Penne
2 each Dill, Fresh 2 large stems
Mint, Fresh 1 sprig
Ginger, Fresh 1 cm piece
Coconut Milk Tzatziki Sauce (Coconut Milk, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Dill, Dijon Mustard, Garlic Powder)
Cook your pasta till al dente and drain. Toss in a bit of olive oil and leave to cool.
Cut your cucumber in half lengthwise, and in half lengthwise again. Cut into thin slices. Cut your onion in half and cut in thin
slices. Mince your mint and basil and set aside to garnish your dish.
Toss your pasta, cucumber & onion in the provided coconut milk tzatziki sauce. Plate in a bowl and garnish with your fresh herbs!
