1 each Pears - Clapp
2 Tbs Cashew
2 Tbs Cranberries dry
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 Tbs Cheese, Brie Optional
Olive oil
1. Heat 2 Tbs oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Add Nut, cran, brown sugar mixture
3. Carefully add 2 tbsp water and Maple Syrup, cook until sticky
4. Cut Pear in half and scoop out the core (Seeds)
5. Place both halves in the pan and scoop cran/nut mixture into holes in pears
6. Add a bit more water to create a steam and put a large lid overtop
7. Cook until Pear achieves desired tenderness (About 10 minutes at medium heat)
8. Add cheese cook until melted (If you find it gets too hot, simply remove from burner, leave covered for 5 minutes until
cheese is melted)
