All of our menus celebrate what's in season and showcase the best the Anapolis Valley has to offer. They feature dishes created by local chef Fiona Lewis of Molotov Cuisine, and every meal is bursting with local flair and flavour.

The Regular Menu
Spend time in the kitchen with the time you save meal planning. This menu includes roasting, blending, and sometimes dough making. But don't fret! We'll you lead through every step of the way.
