1 each Beet greens, bunched
10 g Arugula
2 each Hamburger Buns
100 g Onion
3 Tbs Olive oil
200 g Potato
20 g Radish
Heat up oven to 400. Cut your potato and radishes into small sized wedges and toss in 1TB of olive oil and
sprinkle salt and pepper over. Roast in oven for 15-20 or until golden and crispy.
Rinse your beet greens and dry off. Heat up 1 TB of oil in frying pan and sauteed the beet greens till wilted
and soft. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Heat up the rest of the oil in the pan and fry up your
onions till crispy.
Cook your preferred burgers and toast your buns. Assemble them with your cooked veggies, fresh arugula, and
