10 g Oyster mushroom
10g Mushrooms, Shiitake
Tomato Sauce (Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Olive Oil), Herb Sauce (Basil, Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, Olive Oil)
Preheat oven to 375.
Cut your zucchinis and tomatoes into medium thin rounds (around 1mm). Peel and cut your carrots into small rounds.
In a round baking dish spread out the provided tomato sauce. Sprinkle your carrot rounds over top evenly. Arrange the zucchini and
tomato rounds in alternating patterns from the outer edge of the pan to the center. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the provided herb sauce over top of the vegetables and cover the pan with tinfoil. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until vegetables are very soft and a slight golden hue forms.
