¼ cup White Basmati Rice
½ cup Onion
Asparagus
1/2 Leek
Method
Cut up your veggies into small/medium dices place on soaked skewers. Toss with the provided marinade and cover. Let
sit at room temp for half an hour to help absorb all the flavour.
Add your rice into a pot and add 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil, turn down heat to medium low and cover.
Let cook for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Heat oven to 400 or BBQ, cook skewers in oven for 25-30 minutes (turning once) or on BBQ for 5-10 mins.
Use your lettuce as the wrap and assemble your wraps!
