each Carrots spiralized
1 cup Onion, large, chopped
1½ Tbs Soya Sauce_Braggs Sauce
2 Tbs Peanut Butter
1 tsp Ginger, Fresh
1½ Tbs Maple Syrup
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
¼ cup Water not for sauce, for sauteeing
1 each Garlic #2 Clove
10 g Radish
Mix Sauce Ingredients, Blend for 30 seconds
Using a vegetable peel, make ribbons out of the carrots, or spiralize and toss in 1/2 tsp of salt. Thinly slice your onion.
Cut your radishes into thin slices.
Add 2 TB of olive oil, or Sesame oil if you have it on hand, to a pan over medium-high heat
Saute the carrot ribbons, onion, radishes, and swiss chard for 5 minutes then add the sauce (From Jar)
Add 1/4 Cup of water. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes
Uncover and cook on high for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Plate and Enjoy!
