Our Sourcing Policy:
PieceMeal aims at closing the circle around local food. So we source accordingly. We first head to smaller spray free farms. Then we will go to larger farms if we need more from there. At times circumstances allow us to only source from local retailers who are importing goods like spices and vegetables unavailable in the valley at the time of ordering.
